- Offer ongoing feedback to relevant teams based on metrics and user feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

2. **Issue Identification:**
- Proactively identify technical issues, usability concerns, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits to assess effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Investigate customer complaints related to online functionality and engagement.

3. **Recommendations and Presentations:**
- Develop detailed presentations outlining findings and action plans.
- Present recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and marketing teams.
- Clearly communicate proposed changes and their potential impact on business objectives.

4. **Performance Analysis:**
- Analyze website, advertising, and social media metrics to assess effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
