In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying sales opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and contributing to the growth of our company's industrial construction portfolio.

As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new clients with requests for information and quotations for our bolted water storage tanks and geodesic aluminum dome lines.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive project proposals and bids, incorporating detailed cost estimates and value propositions.
  • Work closely with project estimators and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements for comprehensive and precise cost evaluations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics, and industry benchmarks to ensure competitiveness in project pricing.
  • Support project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics planning.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of services.Provide ongoing support to project teams, addressing any client concerns or issues that may arise during project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the industrial construction or related sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
