Windance is Hiring Team Members – Full Time and Part Time Positions Available

Windance is one of the premier windsurfing, kiteboarding, and wingfoiling shops in the world. We’re looking for motivated and aspiring wingfoilers, kiteboarders, and windsurfers who want to share their passion and be immersed in it.

We’re here to talk about wind sports, think about wind sports, play with cutting edge toys, learn, share our knowledge, and enjoy life. We work hard, we play hard, we help each other out, and we don’t take life too seriously.

As a Windance shop team member, you’ll get complementary use of demo gear and pro deals on everything You’ll also have stable hours, gain industry experience, meet a lot of great people, and have access to professional development opportunities.

 

Windance Team Members give customers a great experience both in-store and virtually. Some of the things we do to make that happen:

  • Demo as much gear as we can so we can
  • Produce written and video content on topics of interest
  • Clean and organize the store and manage inventory
  • Greet customers, ask and answer questions, and provide advice in-person and over the phone
  • Process purchases, orders, and returns
  • Proactively learn, adapt, and improve
  • Take the initiative, solve problems, and help each other out
  • Have fun – it’s the most important thing

 

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Winging, foil, kiting, downwind sup, or windsurfing experience

Bonus Points for:

  • Able to type 60+ articulate words per minute
  • Tech savvy and experience with tools like Excel, Shopify, Canva
  • Relevant sales or customer service experience
  • Coursework and experience in eCommerce, SEO, data, analytics, coding
  • Social media management and video content creation experience and passion
  • Retail store management experience
  • People management and team leadership experience
