Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries about roofing and home exteriors consultations.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Assess lead quality and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Monitor and manage voicemails, emails, online leads, and other communication channels.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, including scanning, filing, copying, etc.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
