Business Operations and Marketing Intern

Downers Grove, IL

Part Time

$18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research, Maintenance, and Document Updating:
Assist in maintaining and updating documents related to our Ecovadis platform aimed to promote sustainability and responsible business practices.
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Marketing Support:
Aid in promotional campaigns to enhance awareness of Skyward's services.
Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and growth opportunities.
Data Management and Analysis:
Extract information from current archives and organize it into Excel sheets to support customer engagement initiatives.
Assist in conducting pricing audits for supplies and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items.
Sales Support:
Verifying and consolidating sales leads to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Update contact information for target companies to facilitate effective communication and outreach.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives is desirable.
