Century Group is in search of an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join a team in the DTC area. Qualified candidates with 3-5+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.  Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year. 

Job Description:

  • Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

  • Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

  • Help manage data aggregation and analytics of division-level operating P&Ls

  • Develop, monitor, and track KPI's

  • Dive into P&L’s of the 11 divisions

  • Analyze the business from different angels

  • Construction & Manufacturing background

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience 

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills

  • NetSuite Experience 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
