We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and build their own practice within our established practice.

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join Brecksville Physical Medicine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice within our clinic, providing high-quality care to our patients. We handle the billing, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care. This is an earned income role, not a salaried position. Compensation will be based on a percentage, with no overhead costs for you. You will be provided with new patients to help grow your practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques
• Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and self-care strategies to aid in their recovery
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and holistic health practices

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome to apply)
• In-depth knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
