Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join Brecksville Physical Medicine. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your own practice within our clinic, providing high-quality care to our patients. We handle the billing, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care. This is an earned income role, not a salaried position. Compensation will be based on a percentage, with no overhead costs for you. You will be provided with new patients to help grow your practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques
- Educate patients on exercises, stretches, and self-care strategies to aid in their recovery
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and holistic health practices
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome to apply)
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
