Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Hire, train, and schedule all FOH staff
  • Manage inventory, cost of goods, and overall financial control
  • Assist in planning events, ordering supplies, and staffing
  • Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Utilize POS Systems (Toast)
  • Ensure the highest quality of service to all guests

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and knowledge of fine wine and spirits
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
  • Personable, energetic, and positive team member
  • Attention to detail and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule: weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to $85,000.00 per year
