Job Description: As an Experienced Roofing Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by generating new leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on roofing solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer roofing needs and provide customized solutions.
Present and demonstrate roofing products and services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
