What you will be doing:

We’re in search of an experienced product manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team and to help us to continue expanding our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

    • Drive the execution of all processes in the software development lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
    • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
    • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
    • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Luminys across primary market segments
    • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software development, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in VMS/Vsaas product management and development
  • Familiar with market landscape, pricing/costing structure of Vsaas software
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
  • May be required to stand for long periods of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
  • Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
  • Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
  • Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
  • May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
