Locally owned and operated, #1 rated roofing company in Sout Florida continues to grow is seeking talented roofing Sales Representative’s to join our team. If you are a self-motivated, proven producer with Two (2) plus years in roofing or a similar industry you may qualify for this position.
We seek individuals with the following, building new client relationships, maintaining excellent ongoing relationships, and surpassing goals in the roofing industry. Knowledge and experience in residential and/or commercial roofing sales or field sales experience to general contractors, building owners, maintenance superintendents and/or real estate industry is required.
Base salary + uncapped Commission Earning Potential
Essential Qualifications and Functions:
- Create marketing plans/social media campaigns based on market conditions and sales programs, seasonality marketing
- Pro-actively enhance community relations through net-working and attendance at local trade shows and events
- Business canvassing, phone prospecting, follow up and close leads
- Prepare estimates and quotes for potential customers
- Create, maintain, and execute a successful territory sales plan
- Collaborate with various departments of company while guiding and directing sales processes with new clients
- Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits
- On-going relationship building with customers
- Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure their satisfaction (collaboration with various departments within company)
- Two (2) plus years of experience working in sales role in the roofing industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites Programs including Excel, Word and Outlook and social media sites; Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Construction Estimating Software experience is a plus
- Must Meet MVR Insurance Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Required
