Do you have a knack for developing engaging training programs and a desire to make a difference in the medical device field?

A leading company in the development of artificial oxygen carriers is searching for a talented Training Program Manager to join their growing team In this remote role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Director of Training & Education by developing, implementing, and delivering top-notch training content for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Training & Education to curate training programs aligned with company goals.
  • Craft the annual training plan and secure the resources needed to achieve success.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees and customers across various medical device areas.
  • Oversee management of the company's Training Center, ensuring seamless operation, including equipment setup, supply maintenance, and scheduling.
  • Champion the development and implementation of online training tools through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Maintain and update LMS content, track training progress, and generate insightful reports.
  • Meticulously manage electronic training records, ensuring compliance with company, FDA, and other relevant regulations.

Continuously Improve, Measure, and Grow:

  • Actively assess the effectiveness of internal and external training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
  • Leverage data insights to optimize program content, delivery methods, and overall effectiveness.
  • Over time, take on more responsibility for crafting training content and developing courses.

Program Management Expertise:

  • Own the execution of training programs, managing logistics, attendee registration, travel, equipment needs, and administrative tasks for both sales teams and physician/extended care teams.
  • Maintain expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working effectively with field leadership, various departments, and identifying solutions for any learning gaps.
  • Maintain a strong training partnership with colleagues across the company's global network.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a minimum of 2 years' experience and a proven track record in medical device training and/or instructional design. Experience in clinical field training and with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • You excel in strategic planning, training development, and delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • You can effectively interact with physicians and affiliated hospital staff, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • You hold a degree in Business, Instructional Design, or Life Sciences (Master's degree a welcome bonus).
  • You're proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • You're comfortable with regular travel within North America (25% of the time), and occasional trips to Europe as needed (depending on company needs).
  • You're eligible to work in the USA.
