Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Print Press Operator to join our dynamic printing team. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality print output. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of printing presses, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any operational issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up the printing press for daily operations according to the provided specifications.
  • Monitor press runs for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the press operates efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Experience operating printing presses, with a solid understanding of printing procedures and machinery.
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
