Hiring Full-Time House Manager & Caretaker

Pay: $20-$35/hour with benefits package

Three kids 9, 12, 13 - Denver area - ASAP

Willing to relocate the right person & pay relocation fee

 

We are searching for a house manager and caretaker to work in the home of a father of three children ages 9, 12 and 13.

 

We are looking for someone to care for the children full-time even though they are on a 50/50 split schedule with their mother.

 

During the week the children are in the home we are hoping to find someone with a “mother’s touch”. Ideally, someone who has raised children of their own before.

 

During the week when the children are away, we would like someone who is able to help plan their schedules, be a part of school activities, schedule the cleaner and help with maintaining the children's bedrooms and wardrobes, coordinate with their mother, help with homework, grocery shop and prep for the time when the kids are home.

 

Their father is a very busy, business owner who loves his kids very much and needs a dependable caretaker who can make sure his kids get what they need and have a safe and comfortable environment at home. The ideal situation would be for you to stay at your own place but be able to stay in the guest room if needed (ex. Snow day, early morning event, father having business meetings and events later in the evening etc). The family enjoys traveling often and our ideal candidate would enjoy planning family vacations and traveling with the family. You will always be welcome on the activities and events of every trip.

 

We can provide a vehicle and gas, as well as health insurance and housing if needed, the fathers owns several apartment complexes we can house you in. Pay range will vary based on the benefits that are provided. All three kids are involved in activities and sports and we are looking for a caregiver who will be able to not just provide care at home but manage pickups, drop offs and occasionally attend practices or games so that the children are not unattended.

 

The ideal candidate is a dependable caregiver who is looking to become a long term fixture in Lena (9), Reese (12), and Scotty (13)’s lives.
