James River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for Sales Associates to join their winning team. If you are enthusiastic, and love working with people. We offer a great place to be a part of a team, great benefits, competitive pay, a 401K plan with a match, and PTO. We will train you Must be willing to work Saturdays for this position.

  • Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explains product performance to customers.
  • Offers test drives.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.
