We are seeking to partner with a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing Real Estate team here at Search7cities, brokered by the Real broker, LLC

If you choose to partner with us, we will provide you with leverage, tools, leads (Our top agent is closing 1-2 online leads per month) systems, training, and accountability to take your Real Estate business to the next level You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of your clients, while being a part of a great team culture who prides themselves on helping you reach your rockstar potential with an unlimited cap on your earning potential

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients buy/sell residential Real Estate
  • Prospect (lead generate) for seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements
  • Consistent lead follow-up until the prospect decides to buy or sell
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value, and provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Be the subject expert on real estate procedures to work on behalf of clients

Qualifications Required:

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent - Must have passed their State and national exam.
  • People oriented
  • Team player

 

NOTE: Real Estate Agents earn a commission when they sell a piece of Real Estate. This is a commission - based position only. With that, there is no limit to your earning potential
