Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with expertise in forecasting to support our financial planning and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting within the manufacturing industry. This role is critical in providing actionable insights to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
  • Analyze historical financial data to identify trends and make informed forecasting decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for accurate forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators, providing variance analysis and insights.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and economic factors that may impact financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on forecasting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
