The Role

The role of Marketing Director requires working with our senior management team to develop and grow our business. The Marketing Director is also responsible for developing and nurturing our client relationships to help achieve our company's broader vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop / Implement strategies and tactics to deliver innovative and integrated solutions and campaigns
• Develop strategies derived from marketing campaigns and be able to articulate those strategies through an engaging narrative
• Partner with customers in setting strategies and the development of compelling print, digital, and social content/programs
• Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, video, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, customer, and vendors
• Manage marketing budgets for both client and company
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• • Maintain and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and project cost
• Manage and direct multiple projects
• Act as liaison between multiple departments where projects overlap
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• • Set specific digital objectives (for each platform) and recommend measurement
• Manage and Nurture Marketing team Evaluation and Analysis
  • Assist in the design and execution of digital analytics Analyze web, social, SEO, email and a variety of digital metrics
• Evaluate and optimize processes to improve customer experience
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure effectiveness of all social media and digital marking processes
• Supports marketing team by providing direction and guidance as needed
• Strategize and provide regular cadence with existing clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Five years+ of experience in Marketing and Business Development
• Experience in multi-channel (advertising, video, content, experiential, PR, social) campaign planning and execution at a senior level
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Proven record of generating new opportunities through existing clients and external briefs
• Strategic and logical thinker that can easily dissect insight and research to identify opportunities
• SEO/SEM and CRM software, GA4, UX Design, content distribution services (SAS)
• Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Ability to lead a marketing team; Be a team player and a role model for the team
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
