Behavior Basics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our passionate team. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality applied behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically in our therapy clinic. You will work alongside a wonderful team, who is hard working, supportive, and passionate. **Responsibilities: **

- Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs and behaviors of individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.

- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including data collection and medical documentation.

- Provide behavioral health services in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

**Requirements: **

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques.

- Experience working with children.

- Strong understanding of patient assessment and data collection methods.

- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
