As a Used Car Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of our dealership’s inventory and providing excellent customer service. You will ensure our lot is organized, clean, and welcoming for customers, supporting our sales team in delivering a seamless buying experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Management: Organize, park, and move vehicles on the lot to ensure a tidy and presentable display. Conduct visual inspections to ensure vehicles are clean and in good condition.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, assist them in locating vehicles, and provide general information about our inventory. Ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Lot Maintenance: Keep the lot clean and free of debris, including maintaining the appearance of landscaping, signage, and vehicle display areas.
  • Inventory Support: Place vehicle tags in vehicles when needed
  • Sales Team Assistance: Work closely with the sales team by retrieving vehicles for test drives, arranging vehicles for customer delivery, and assisting in organizing promotional events.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are safely parked and the lot complies with safety regulations, including monitoring for any hazards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspections
