Brookwoods Group is working with a Midstream Pipeline Company to place an energetic, strategic thinking individual to take a very important role in shaping our SAP landscape as SAP Systems Solution Lead, in The Woodlands, TX - Hybrid Role.

As the SAP Systems Solution Lead, you will ensure the successful planning, design, and implementation of SAP solutions that drive business value. With the increasing demand for integrated and efficient business systems, this role plays a vital part in shaping the Western Midstream organizations' SAP landscapes and achieving strategic objectives. The SAP Enterprise lead will work in collaboration with our system integrators and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions that drive business growth and maximize operational effectiveness.

MUST HAVE WITHOUT EXCEPTION:

  1. Must have proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP Enterprise Architect or a similar role.
  2. Must have Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  3. Must have strong knowledge of SAP technologies and modules, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP SCM, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and emerging SAP Cloud solutions.
  4. Must have expertise in SAP architecture, including understanding of SAP modules, integration methods (ABAP, IDocs, APIs, CPI, BTP etc.), and cloud-based solutions (SAP Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS, etc.).
  5. Must have in-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, and proficiency in architecture tools and methodologies.
  6. Must have demonstrated experience in leading SAP implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  7. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues related to SAP systems.

Details:

  • This is a full-time position as our client's employee
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer assistance
  • This position will work 9 hours Monday through Thursday with 4 hours on Friday and will require Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at The Woodlands office.
  • Travel up to 5%.
  • Drug screening may be required prior and/or during employment
  • Salary and benefits plus incentives on upselling and new business
