- Contact clients periodically to build and reinforce relationships offering annual reviews or meetings to touch base on accounts.
- Devise meeting materials for new and existing clients, including the creation of agendas, performance reports, summary of accounts, and annuity details.
- Assist with information and documentation requirements for new business and ongoing account servicing.
- Gather demographic and financial information from clients to assist with the creation of a financial plan.
- Construct and modify advisory proposals considering the client's risk tolerance and objectives.
- Work on annual projects like RMD and household reports.
- Organize special events and seminars for the firm clients.
- Process servicing transactions, such as trades, withdrawal requests, rollovers, margin applications, POAs, TODs, transfers, and more.
- Process and monitor funding of accounts and asset transfers to ensure selected asset allocation is implemented.
- Maintain a CRM system up to date for account follow-ups, service requirements, and internal business management. Knowledge of RedTail CRM preferred.
