Your Impact:
Conduct oil changes and other vehicle maintenance tasks Assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing daily operations Provide a welcoming experience for every customer Build trust and foster customer loyalty Support the Service Center Manager with inventory management, staffing, and financial performance Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills Maintain a clean and organized service environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed Familiarize yourself with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and other operational proceduresQualifications for Success:
Minimum of six months of supervisory experience required, ideally in a retail setting Understanding of cash handling and safety protocols Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Capacity to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
