Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Collect data on client progress and behavior - Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans - Maintain accurate and organized client records - Attend team meetings and training sessions as required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Please note that previous experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with ASD and their families.
