Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA treatment to children affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA treatment in a home-based setting, working directly with children and their families to teach essential skills.
  • Implement behavior plans and strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Collaborate with our team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
  • Provide training and support to families to empower them to continue treatment at home.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet) for note-taking.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
  • A love and passion for working with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18-$21.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
  • Paid training.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum availability of 3 days (M-F) with consistent hours.
  • Sessions are held between 8-7pm (subject to change based on needs).
