Location: Deerfield, WI

Job Summary

Performs a variety of routine field service dispatch and customer service functions for the field service department. Responsible for providing service request dispatching for the installation and repair or CNC machining equipment in the field. Assists with inside sales parts orders & machine installation project coordination as workload requires.

Key Responsibilities

• Receipt and dispatch of service requests to field service technicians. Including preparation of pre & post service documentation, parts availability / usage, as well as communications with customers before, during, and after service is completed.
• Ensuring all service & installation requests are completed in a timely manner and are escalated properly when not completed per contractual timelines.
• Providing support for inside parts sales as time and workload requires.
• Providing support for Installation Project Manager as time and workload requires. [Enter data]

Education and Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent; 2 years relevant experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years prior experience in similar/related field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Moderate levels of product knowledge
• MS Office and business applications, including CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback and coaching; voices concerns in a constructive manner
• Demonstrates commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns; promotes a safe work environment based on established safety standards and training
