Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide campers in daily activities, including arts and crafts, sports, nature exploration, team-building exercises, and high adventure.
- Lead and participate in various camp programs, ensuring they are enjoyable and safe for all participants.
- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating respectful and responsible behavior.
- Monitor campers’ well-being and manage any behavioral or health-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp staff to plan and execute camp activities and special events.
- Ensure camp rules and policies are followed, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
- Assist in daily camp operations, including meal supervision, cabin management, and activity preparation.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support and encouragement to all campers, promoting a positive camp experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the camp directors.
