Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative at Servpro Team Luzzi will be responsible for generating new business by visiting insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers. This role offers a fun and dynamic career with significant growth potential and high earning opportunities. Successful candidates will receive strong commissions and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

    • Identify and target potential clients including insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers.
    • Conduct regular visits to client locations to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Present and promote Servpro Team Luzzis services to prospective clients.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  3. Account Management:

    • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
    • Ensure clients are satisfied with services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Encourage and facilitate client referrals to generate additional business.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new business.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve performance.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.
