Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative at Servpro Team Luzzi will be responsible for generating new business by visiting insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Identify and target potential clients including insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers.
- Conduct regular visits to client locations to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Present and promote Servpro Team Luzzis services to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Encourage and facilitate client referrals to generate additional business.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new business.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.
