We are a small but growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeking a full-time, experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team The person we are looking for must be reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized, with previous litigation experience as a requirement.

This is an in-person position; we do not offer remote work. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, which is the working hours for this position—excellent benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation/sick time, and 401k.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to the personal injury attorney and other paralegal staff.
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
  • Draft disclosure statements.
  • Draft discovery documents.
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
  • Communicate with clients regularly with updates.
  • Communicate with opposing counsel and other case-related parties.
  • Prepare files for hearings.
  • Organize and track case files.
  • Calendar for all time-sensitive deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and client-oriented focus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Filevine.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Previous experience as a Personal Injury paralegal
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, among others
