Location- Saline, MI

Position Scope: 2nd and 3rd Shift Direct Hire Openings. Pay Based on Quality of Interview in Relation to Experience and Job Description in the range of 28-32/hr.
Shifts: 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm / 3rd shift 10:30pm-7am
  • Act in compliance with company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of any situation contributing to product nonconformity.
  • Comply with the Environmental Policy and contribute to its goals and objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain all process parameters.
  • Establish and maintain process requirements for new tryouts.
  • Develop and implement training/upgrading schedule for mold technicians.
  • Establish and maintain technical information and support between production facilities.
  • Develop and maintain customer/supplier quality and material requirements for current and tryout processes.
  • Set up and implement extended tryout processes.
  • Assist in new fixture and tooling implementation.
  • Work closely with Process Engineer.
  • Complete assigned paperwork as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Information Security Requirements:
  • Understand and maintain information security requirements for confidential information.
  • Should also be able to demonstrate significant accomplishments with the Core Competencies
Education/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Plastic injection molding experience
