Ideal candidate

Is a coffee enthusiast and a skilled espresso Barista

Responsibilities to include:

  • Greeting customers
  • Taking customers' orders and provide accurate information about coffee, Tea, and food items
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and teas with consistency, quality and presentation.
  • Operate espresso machine
  • Maintaining a clean environment

Requirements

  • Experience in making espresso-based drinks on a semi-automatic espresso machine and manual micro-foam milk texturing
  • 1 year experience in a coffee shop
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math and grammar skills
  • Familiar with Square POS.
  • Social media skills
  • Ability to gauge customer's preference
  • High School Diploma/GED
