Pentwater Cabinetry is seeking a motivated candidate who enjoys helping customers and hungry for success Your ability to hunt and develop new customers will help you earn over $100,000 Our fast lead time and inventory gives you a distinct advantage over most of the local kitchen manufacturers.

You must be good with face to face meetings, professional on the phone, provide excellent customer service (follow ups) AND look for new business. You also must be willing to work an average of 40-50 hours per week and respond to customer’s emails in the evening or weekend. Must have experience in kitchen design using 2020 software.

Our customers are Real Estate investors, builders, developers and general contractors who buy kitchen cabinets from us repeatedly throughout the year. Therefore, this position will enjoy the repeat business and commissions from the current customer base as well as opportunities for new customers through referrals.

Competitive Base salary + commissions + bonus + benefits

Job Description:

  • Look for new customers through creative marketing, networking and referrals.
  • Self Driven and a problem solver
  • Go above and beyond customer's expectations
  • Convert warm leads from inbound or outbound marketing into the sales opportunity.
  • Greet walk-in customers and walk them through our showroom explaining why are cabinets are different than our competitors.
  • Create a kitchen design and estimate based on the requirements and if necessary, provide revisions based on the changes from the customers.
  • Follow up on all the design and estimate sent to customer previously to close the sale.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients. Explore referral opportunities from existing customer base.
