Renewal by Andersen of Roanoke, is looking for Sales Consultants to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs.
  • You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
  • You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
  • Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience.
  • A proven track record of closing sales.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • This position is %100 commission after your training period

TRAINING COMPENSATION

  • This position is a FULL COMISSION position after 8 weeks of salary for your training period. your first eight weeks is considered a training period. Your weekly salary will consist of gradual increases every 2 weeks. You will be paid weekly. Week 1-2 you will be compensated $500.00 per week. Week 3-4 you will be compensated $600.00 per week. Weeks 5-6 you will be compensated $700.00. Weeks 7-8 you will be compensated $800.00 per week.

  • As a full-time Design Consultant after 8 weeks, you will be switched to a compensation package that consist of COMMISSION ONLY. This will give you an opportunity to maximize your earnings in an uncapped commission capacity.
