**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for CBD and delta 8 products and possess excellent sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive store profitability. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
- Educate customers on the benefits and uses of CBD and delta 8 products, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Effectively operate the point-of-sale system for transactions, including cash handling and processing credit/debit cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are stocked and displayed attractively.
- Uphold store policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Actively participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Uphold compliance with local regulations and company standards regarding the sale of CBD and delta 8 products.

**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a smoke shop or cannabis-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of CBD and delta 8 products, including their benefits, uses, and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records.
