We are looking for an experienced custom metal polisher who is proficient in both English and Spanish for a client based in Cibolo, TX.

This is a full-time position that offers a starting pay of $20 per hour for the AM shift, from Monday to Friday.

Job Details:

Location: Cibolo, TX

Type of Employment: Full-time

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Shift: AM shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Perform custom metal polishing on various metal parts as per client specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare metal surfaces for polishing by executing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, grinding, and buffing.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in custom metal polishing or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in metal polishing techniques and operating related equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle heavy objects as necessary.
