Location: Cibolo, TX

Position Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Shift: AM shift, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform custom metal polishing on various metal parts according to client specifications and quality standards.
  2. Prepare metal surfaces for polishing by executing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, grinding, and buffing.
  3. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements and client expectations.
  4. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in custom metal polishing or a related field is preferred.
  2. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  3. Proficiency in metal polishing techniques and operating related equipment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving high-quality finishes.
  5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Physical capability to lift and handle heavy objects as necessary.
