Position Title: Clinical Education (eLearning) Coordinator

Location: New York City

Schedule: Full Time, Available Immediately

Clinical Directors Network, Inc. (CDN) is a not-for-profit, practice-based research network (PBRN) devoted to conducting research with underserved and low-income medical populations and providing education to the clinicians who serve them. CDN is seeking a candidate to coordinate its clinician education program and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities, including faculty/speaker recruitment, curriculum development (online and print), marketing and advertising, course evaluation and procurement of continuing education (CE) credits
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding conflict of interest and commercial support
  • Develop, implement, manage and conduct hybrid education and training activities online and on-site (conferences, workshops and in-services)
  • Manage the development, production and implementation of live webcasts and video teleconference programs
  • Interact with faculty, sponsors, academic, government, nonprofit and industry representatives. Maintain online library and dissemination webpages of web-based courses and online clinical decision-support tools (www.CDNetwork.org/Library)
  • Manage, edit, design and develop websites, event pages, email blasts, surveys, evaluations, membership database and listservs
  • Identify research, source and implement new online strategies and distance learning activities
  • Investigate additional funding sources; prepare and submit grant proposals, negotiate budgets with funders
  • Assist in developing new clinician education projects
  • Collaborate with project partners and funders to ensure completion of all milestones and deliverables
  • Participate in evaluating current online educational offerings
  • Develop strategies for disseminating current CDN research and educational projects
  • Provide advanced support for administrative functions and other responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications:

  • MPH or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, delegation and management skills
  • Strong PC (Zoom, GoTo, WebEx as well as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mapping), online research skills and online social networking/marketing experience
  • Experience with reference management software
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and CSS
  • Ability to analyze quantitative, qualitative, and spatial data
  • Project management skills, time management, multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Solid problem-solving, judgment and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, with the ability to work both independently and as part of multi-institutional project teams
