The manager is flexible with the start time and overall hours. The hours will depend on the student's school schedule.

*** This role requires the student to be enrolled in a local college currently. Or if they are in high school, they will need to be accepted into the college program for the summer or fall.

Develops and maintains a system for managing office routine

· Assists in planning, conducting and evaluating projects

· Monitors programs and projects

· Frequent contact with others outside the work group

· Maintains technical expertise and procedural knowledge

· Keeps supervision advised of work in process

· Assumes operational assignments as a working member

· Assists in the coordination of special or unusual projects

This role is a communication support role for the plant. Communication Coordinator. The talent will deal with employee engagement with plant, brand reputation, business acumen. They will also handle internal and external communications.

The talent will work on community related projects for special events.

· Talent will Keep track of the Facebook page and database page. They will help develop different presentations for the plant director. Also, they will work out different logistics to get employees to different locations.

· Talent will work with representative partners supporting plant staff, work with manager on help with plant tours.

· There is a chance for extension for assignment.

· This role gives them a lot of visibility and creates a lot of future opportunities. Will meet a lot of different people and get employee engagement. Also, the site works with the Corvettes that gets a lot of customer traffic.

· Video work is a nice have. But having the ability to be creative and self-motivated is important. We’re not looking for someone that has all the technical skills, but the desire to find a way to learn the material or creative ways of overcoming those barriers.
