Hours Status: FULL-TIME, HOURLY
Brief Job Description:

Candidate must have experience with billing and front desk CST responsibilities. Candidates will need to have the ability to negotiate between the needs of both billing and front desk CST's at WCSC. Will act as the immediate contact for information exchange as it relates to billing and front desk CST roles - working collaboratively with supervisors to brainstorm solutions, communicate needs, and implement changes. Will be responsible for a minimum of 4 staff to include training and management. Requires excellent internal and external customer service skills, ability to think creatively, excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft applications will be needed. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, be able to work in a fast paced work environment, be approachable and responsive to needs of individuals accessing services as well as staff and agency partners.

Position requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, Kentucky Driver’s License and proof of insurance, and an acceptable background check.
