Position: Pest Control Technician
Sign On Bonus: $1,500 depending on experience
Home Office: Federal Way, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23-$26 depending on experience + Production + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses
Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician at Fikes, you will be an integral part of our mission to safeguard the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest-related issues.
- Developing and implementing effective pest management strategies tailored to each situation.
- Applying safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets.
- Providing exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention measures and post-treatment guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of service visits, treatments, and any recommendations.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies.
- Servicing established routes in the Puget Sound.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass Drug and Background Screens
