Job DescriptionJob Description

Mountain Man Welding and Fabrication, Inc. has a CNC Equipment Operator position open in our Shop Divisiom. We are looking for an individual(s) with experience in operating a CNC Beamline (Python X) and a CNC Plasma Table. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Experience with all three metals is preferred but not required. We also have a CNC Press Brake and a CNC tubing processing machine. 

Skills:

  • Must be experienced in operating CNC fabrication equipment. Specifically, a beamline.
  • Working knowledge of CNC equipment.
  • Versatile in fabrication shop functions.
  • Accurately read blueprints/drawings, tape measure.
  • Experience with Pronest and Versafab. 
  • Ability to operate other CNC equipment such as plasma tables, press brakes, Dragon A400 is a plus but not required.
  • Material Handling.
  • Reliable and dependable team player.
  • Observe safety rules and regulations.
  • Produce quality work within given deadline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating CNC fabrication equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance.
  • Working with Shop Foreman to ensure all production goals are met
  • Working with Quality Control to ensure all products meet MMWF internal requirements and any applicable code requirements.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings including THC and background check
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America
