We are currently seeking a STEEL Superstar Sales Hunter Closer to utilize their contacts to join our Sales Team to meet our Goals and Yours. Compensation: Unlimited Commission ($250K+) unlike most of Corporate America. Must want to make at least $200K in commissions. This is not your typical Sales Position nor is it going to be limited by a Corporation, if you are an Achiever, your income will be just as great If you have the opportunity to moonlight with your current contacts we are open to discuss the possibilities in a different role. Another income stream to secure your future. Our flexibility makes us unique, our products make us great, let's utilize your contacts, skills and the opportunity for your benefit. AND find a Company that is going to give you an opportunity to make $500+K but we are Location doesn't matter, we're flexible

Responsibilities:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years SUCCESSFUL experience as either a construction sales professional, Designer or a Project Manager. Why not add onto your existing business or income flow?
• Experience working and contacts in the luxury Residential and/or Commercial construction industry, Resorts, Casino, Custom Home Builders and Remodelers, Glaziers, GCs, Commercial and/or High-Income Clientele.
• Sold Steel Windows, Doors and Glass Openings
• Confident and persuasive speaker, able to present in front of architectural firms, contractors, project managers, and owners.
• Learn our Products and Opportunities to Hunt
• Must be clear, concise, and able to get a message across professionally and eloquently, by phone or by email.
• Effectively communicate with architects, GCs, builders, remodelers, Corporations and Owners.
• Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Help potential clients understand what sets us apart from our competitors. Custom, Larger, Highest Quality and Delivery Time
• HUNT, HUNT and HUNT for new opportunities, relationships and projects
• You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining client data into our CRM.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with our Team to help you meet customer needs.
• Critical thinking and finding resolutions to customer problems.
• Must understand the importance of long-term relationships, even after projects are completed.
• Come up with proactive and innovative ways to reach out to new clients.
• Able to negotiate and persuade during the contract-signing process.
