Position Overview: As an Insulation Installer at Koala Insulation of Central Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in installing various types of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help our clients achieve energy efficiency, comfort, and cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service. YOU MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Perform insulation installation tasks for various types of insulation, including fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose, in attics, walls, floors, and crawl spaces.
  • Preparation: Prepare job sites by ensuring the area is clean, safe, and ready for insulation installation.
  • Measurement & Cutting: Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit the required spaces.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed installations for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and address any concerns clients may have regarding the installation process.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and properly handle all tools and equipment used in the installation process.
  • Documentation: Complete and submit daily work reports and job documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Safety: Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to safety regulations.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record to apply
