Turret Operator

Job Duties:

• Must have previous Turret experience using Amada AE255 or AE2510 Turrets
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Set up and load materials onto machines
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating CNC machines for precision machining
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and techniques
• Familiarity with using calipers and other measuring tools for precise measurements
• Experience with CNC programming and making program adjustments as needed
• Proficiency in plasma cutting, lathe operation, and other machining techniques is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine tooling
• Ability to use hand tools effectively

Experience:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precise measurements
• Knowledge of CNC programming and ability to make program adjustments as needed
• Experience with plasma cutting, lathe operation, and other machining techniques is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine tooling

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Degree preferred
