Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our marketing initiatives. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual who is adept at managing multiple tasks and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

HYBRID ROLE 4 DAYS REMOTE__ONE DAY IN OFFICE

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials (25%): Assist in the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits, and other promotional materials. Maintain inventory of print and promotional materials, research cost-effective vendors, and place orders for printed notices and policies. Coordinate with vendors for fulfillment of all orders and manage internal distribution of promotional items, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Community Development Support (25%): Prepare materials and promotional items for Community Business Partner (CBP) visits. Work with account opening platforms to set up unique offer codes for CBP groups. Assist with community development and special events for members, coordinating necessary supplies, communicating event schedules, and providing event support.

  • Rate Changes and Marketing Channels (10%): Ensure accurate communication of rate changes across all marketing channels, including the website, Access Center TVs, and Phone Messaging system. Update necessary disclosures and calculators, and maintain accurate website information.

  • Budget Tracking and Reporting (10%): Track and monitor the budget for marketing, promotional materials, and interest income items. Research budget variances, review reports and invoices for accuracy, and process invoices and check requests.

  • Member Communications and Newsletter (10%): Prepare member communications as needed. Create the quarterly newsletter by developing relevant content, writing blog posts, and designing the newsletter using a third-party communication platform.

  • Social Media Management (10%): Develop a monthly social media posting calendar, post content, and monitor all social media channels.

  • Marketing Initiative Tracking (5%): Assist with tracking and reporting marketing initiatives and maintain the marketing page on the intranet.

  • Additional Duties (5%): Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • Carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal errors according to department standards.
  • Provide informed, friendly, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and employees.
  • Ensure communications with vendors, members, and employees are accurate, professional, and timely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to core and department service standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience: One to three years of related experience, preferably within a marketing environment.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Extensive personal contact with others, requiring motivating, influencing, and/or training. Fostering sound relationships with external entities is crucial.
  • Other Skills: Proficiency in PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Compliance: Understanding and adherence to Information Security, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, Federal and State Regulations, and company policies and procedures. Reporting suspicious activity as per Anti-Money Laundering policies.
