Description:

We seek a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Delran, NJ. As a Speech Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals (mostly young children) with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and clinical observations.
  • Implementing therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve speech and language skills.
  • Providing counseling and guidance to patients and their families regarding speech and communication disorders.
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Staying current with advancements in speech therapy techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
