Role Description

This is a part time/full-time on-site role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Happy Helpers Autism Center located in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, FL. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to provide behavior analysis services. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data, and assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans while working alongside owner and BCBA/LBA Melissa Mason.

Qualifications

  • Valid RBT certification
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact on individuals with autism and their families
