Maintenance Technician Job Summary

$30-$31 per hour 

1st shift 7am-3:30pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am

**3rd shift needs to train on 1st shift**

 

  • Perform basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic maintenance tasks in a safe, efficient manner.

  • Diagnose and repair activities with detailed working procedures

  • Read and follow equipment manufacturer’s specifications. circuits, etc

  • Assemble and disassemble equipment

  • Maintain preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules

  • Maintain daily work logs and update equipment and component records

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Technical or professional certification preferred and/or completion of an appropriate apprenticeship program

  • 1+ years experience and/or equivalent training in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and take initiative to correct or seek immediate assistance

  • Ability to read and follow equipment manufacturer’s specifications. circuits, etc.
